Ads that bring customers. Systems that keep them.

Meta and Google ads, WhatsApp automation and AI receptionists, websites, video and search — for founder-led businesses in the United Kingdom, the United States and India. Every service below links to the work it produced.

01

Meta ads — Facebook & Instagram

Lead generation campaigns for founder-led businesses: wholesale buyers, distributors, patients, students.

7,341 leads · 9 ad accounts · ₹16.58–₹33 per B2B lead in India · a UK wholesale buyer enquiry for under $6

Most of the 7,341 form leads on this site came from Meta lead ads and WhatsApp click-to-message campaigns. I run the account end to end: audience research, creative, instant forms, budget moves, and a weekly number you can check against Ads Manager yourself.

The work is the same whether the buyer is in Tirupur or Manchester; what changes is the creative, the currency and the hour the phone rings. UK and US accounts are run in your timezone with reporting in GBP or USD.

How much does a Meta lead cost?

In my Indian B2B accounts, between ₹16.58 and ₹33 per lead-form submission, measured lifetime in Ads Manager. A UK wholesale-buyer enquiry cost ₹443 (under $6). Your number depends on product, creative and season — which is why the first month is a test, not a promise.

03

AI automation & agents — WhatsApp, voice, email, back office

Any repeated task in your business, built into a system that runs while you sleep: follow-up, booking, invoicing, reordering, reminders, reporting.

9 automations live · a dental clinic, a food business, a Company Secretary's practice

Ads bring the enquiry; automation is everything that happens next, and everything else in the operation that a person currently does by hand. Nine systems are live: an AI receptionist on a dental clinic's phone, WhatsApp automation for a food business's orders and invoices, compliance and renewal reminders for a Company Secretary's practice, voice-to-invoice bots, reorder agents, document collection, weekly reports. The receptionist is one build, not the product — the product is whatever your operation repeats.

Built on n8n, OpenAI or Claude, and your existing tools (WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, your CRM, Cal.com, Razorpay or Stripe). You own every workflow; nothing lives in a vendor account you can't open. UK and US builds run in your timezone with your data staying in your accounts.

What can AI automation actually do for a small business?

Anything a person does the same way every time: reply to every WhatsApp, email or web enquiry within seconds, book appointments into your calendar, send invoices and payment reminders, chase renewals, collect documents, log orders to a sheet, and send you a weekly summary. A dental clinic's AI receptionist, a food business's order-to-invoice flow and a Company Secretary's compliance reminders are three of the nine systems live today. A human still handles anything the system isn't sure about.

04

Website development & landing pages

Fast, static, search-ready sites built to convert a cold visitor — like this one.

GVP Enterprises LLP · Vaasavi IVF Micro Finance · jothiswaroop.com (the case study you're reading)

I build in Next.js, deployed as static pages, so there is no server to hack and nothing to patch. Every page ships with schema, proper titles, an OG image and a form that tags where the visitor came from. This site scores 100 on Lighthouse for SEO, accessibility and best practices.

For ad accounts I build single-purpose landing pages: one offer, one form, one number to watch. Sending paid traffic to a homepage is the most expensive habit in small-business marketing.

How long does a website take?

A landing page for an ad campaign: about a week. A full site like this one with case studies, forms, blog and analytics: six to ten weeks, most of it spent on the words and the proof rather than the code.

05

AI commercials, AI UGC videos & content production

Two kinds of finished ad film, generated end to end: cinematic product commercials and UGC-style creator videos — sold by the film or as a monthly set. Plus ad scripts, reels, brand films and shoots.

Top-5 El Alimentos · House of Vummudi · VROOM 2026 sponsor film · Arkstorie · Tharunis Jewellery

An AI commercial here is a finished short film, under a minute: a written concept, generated footage and product shots, sound design and a cut for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, with a 16:9 master when you need one. Two are live for Top-5 El Alimentos, an FMCG food brand; the House of Vummudi jewellery commercial and the VROOM 2026 sponsor film are in the same showreel, alongside twelve concept pieces made to show the range: five films across skincare, fragrance, haircare, organic beauty and Gen Z beauty, and seven AI UGC ads — saree, two for jewellery, serum, sunscreen, coffee and ecommerce.

AI UGC is the other format: a creator-style video where a person on camera holds the product and talks about it, the way a customer would. It is the format brands are buying most for Meta and TikTok right now, because it reads as a recommendation rather than an ad — and the honest test is the same: run it beside your current creative and let the account decide. Generated the same way — no creator to brief, no shipping samples, a new face and script for every test — so a brand can run five UGC angles for the cost of one creator video.

Brands buy this one of two ways: a single film for a launch, or a monthly set so there is always something new to test in the ad account. Creative is the biggest lever in a Meta account and the most under-invested; a set of ten fresh commercials a month is how you keep finding the winner. Scripts, shoots and social media management run alongside to the same monthly plan.

Are AI commercials and AI UGC videos good enough to run as real ads?

The two Top-5 El Alimentos films and the House of Vummudi commercial were made for real brands, and the VROOM 2026 committee said on camera that all their sponsors enjoyed the AI videos. The honest test is the same as any creative: run it in the account next to what you have and see which one buyers respond to. Watch the showreel first and judge the craft yourself.

06

SEO, GEO & LinkedIn optimisation

Search, generative-engine (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode) and LinkedIn positioning, so the right buyer finds you first.

Lighthouse SEO 100 · Article + FAQ schema on every post · daily GEO mention tracking

SEO in 2026 is two jobs: being ranked by Google and being cited by AI engines. Both reward the same things — specific claims, sources, structured data and a consistent identity across the web. This site and my LinkedIn profile are the working case study; the SEO/GEO dashboard I built tracks whether AI engines name me for the searches I care about.

For clients: a technical and content audit, a fix list your developer can execute, schema and entity work, and a publishing plan that produces pages worth citing.

What is GEO (generative engine optimisation)?

Making your business the one an AI assistant names when someone asks it for a recommendation. It rewards clear, sourced, structured content and a consistent identity across your site, LinkedIn, directories and press — the same things good SEO always rewarded, measured differently.

AI consultation for founders

Where AI genuinely saves money in your operation, what to build, what to buy, what to leave alone.

Fixed-scope audits or monthly advisory · India, UK, US

Advisory, not a course. I sit in your operation, map every repeated task, and hand you a written plan your own team can execute — with costs, tools and the order to do it in. Fixed-scope audits or monthly advisory, remote in your timezone.

For owners who want to run it themselves, the five-day Accelerator is the hands-on version: one owner, one office, five days, and you leave running the tools.

Is the AI consultation a training course?

No. It's advisory: a diagnosis of your operation and a written plan. If you want to learn to build the tools yourself, that's the five-day Accelerator, which is one owner at a time at your office.
